Check that the product shows "APPROVED" status from FCD AFRICA. Never purchase products with "Non-Compliant" or "Suspended" status.
Always check the expiry date shown in batch information. Never use expired products, especially personal care or food items.
Review all safety warnings and allergen information. Pay special attention to personal care products containing fragrance allergens or active ingredients.
If you discover a counterfeit product, safety concern, or any issue with a product you purchased, please report it to FCD AFRICA immediately.
